We are currently recruiting:
CHEF with experience. Bistronomic cuisine with fresh, local produce. Creation of a new seasonal menu, stock management, creation of technical sheets, monitoring hygiene procedures, order management.
PASTRY CHEF, in charge of plated desserts, and pastries for the tea room. You are creative and regularly propose new items. You master the classics and also know how to propose original desserts. Fine, carefully crafted patisserie. You have a Bac Pro Bakery-Pastry qualification with or without experience. Part-time 30h/week.
Chambermaid/Valet with experience. Part-time contract.
We are looking for young people wishing to work from June to September. You are available for at least 6 consecutive weeks.
OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE/GREEN SPACES, 2 days per week from mid-June to mid-September. Responsible for mowing the lawn, maintaining the car parks, small shrub trimming, weeding and general basic maintenance.
WAITER/WAITRESS , full-time or part-time. Experience in this position is an advantage. You like serving people with a smile and good humour. You must be of legal age for this position.
CHAMBERMAID/VALET, cleaning of rooms and communal areas, part-time. You are thorough, methodical and discreet.
